		<description>I don't think you have to look further than the take up of broadband.  BT have been criminally slow in allowing competitors access to the "local loop".  In the US the highly competitive telecomms market has created a thriving environment for broadband top flourish.  Now that BT has finally recognised that it is sitting on a BB goldmine, things will change, including a rapid pick-up in blogging.</description>
