One of the ways you could spot the bubble in dot com stocks was when people started launching really silly sites. One of my favourites was a site where you could listen to demo recordings by bands that had been turned down by the main record compoanies (there was a reason - they were rubbish). I wonder if something similar is happening with pods. That thought is prompted by the launch of dogcatradio - a podcast that has pet friendly music for your pet. I might have missed something, but I’ve yet to meet a pet who knew how to work a computer. Nor do I really understand what is pet friendly about YMCA. But who knows. The way things are going News Corp will have bought them for a hundred million by next Tuesday.
