Dell’s Poetic justice?
Poor old Dell is getting another blog-bashing, this time on an epic scale. While cruising the comments on Morgan McLintic’s PR blog, I came across a poet who writes:
"Since I am 80 now, and may drop off at any time from too much sexual activity, I opened up a Blogsite and am putting all 16 poems on it. Just so posterity may be able to read them and continuing to cost Dell sales."
Follow through to the site at www.Dell-Hell.blogspot.com and you will be rewarded with lines like these:
"ODE TO MICHAEL DELL IV
I’m sorry that you seem to feel,
That I had time that you could steal.
I’m sorry, but down deep inside,
I feel I’ve been taken for a ride.
For when you steal my time from me,
You are not dealing honestly,
The product that should work so well,
Is El Crappo, and made by Dell."
Goodness, thanks for the plug. Just for that I think I’ll do another poem to Michael Dell, and that computer from Hell. It broke down, and they installed Windows XP at the shop, but when I went to update it, I was refused. Now I have an illegal program, although it was what stingy, blood-sucking Dell should have given me in the first place. Out of $14 billion, what would it have cost him? Fifty bucks? How much Tech Time did it cost him? Hundreds, if not thousands.
