The Wall Street Journal has a (free) article on the 25 year old US blogger (Aaron Wall of SEOBook) who is being sued for comments made by others on his site. It seems to hold out hope that the blogger is on firm legal ground, but there are complications.
Others who are worried by this should note - the litigant will give up its case if Aaron deletes the comments. He needn’t sell up house and home (if he owns one at his tender age) just yet. He’s weighing his options on his blog and seems to be leaning towards caving in. Wise, maybe, but perhaps he needn’t have revealed his hand quite so publicly quite so soon.
